Congressional Findings and Purpose

(a)

29 USC 651

The Congress finds that personal injuries and illnesses arising out of work situations impose a substantial burden upon, and are a hindrance to, interstate commerce in terms of lost production, wage loss, medical expenses, and disability compensation payments.

by providing medical criteria which will assure insofar as practicable that no employee will suffer diminished health, functional capacity, or life expectancy as a result of his work experience;

Sec 6 part 7:

Any standard promulgated under this subsection shall prescribe the use of labels or other appropriate forms of warning as are necessary to insure that employees are apprised of all hazards to which they are exposed, relevant symptoms and appropriate emergency treatment, and proper conditions and precautions of safe use or exposure. Where appropriate, such standard shall also prescribe suitable protective equipment and control or technological procedures to be used in connection with such hazards and shall provide for monitoring or measuring employee exposure at such locations and intervals, and in such manner as may be necessary for the protection of employees. In addition, where appropriate, any such standard shall prescribe the type and frequency of medical examinations or other tests which shall be made available, by the employer or at his cost, to employees exposed to such hazards in order to most effectively determine whether the health of such employees is adversely affected by such exposure.

Nothing in this or any other provision of this Act shall be deemed to authorize or require medical examination, immunization, or treatment for those who object thereto on religious grounds, except where such is necessary for the protection of the health or safety of others.

Notice of the following: I, ___________ profess my belief in my Creator and am
entitled to your accommodations as detailed in TITLE 1 SECTION 15 of the US JUSTICE
MANUAL and hereby put you on notice of my religion and demand your accommodation
thereto. My religion places confidence and trust in the indenture of The Holy Scriptures even as
Public Law 97-280 declares the Bible as the “Word of God”. Ronald Reagan being sued in
Zwerling v. Reagan and thereafter being exonerated for his participation in Public Law 97-280
which in part was, Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of
America in Congress assembled, That the President is authorized and requested to designate
1983 as a national “Year of the Bible” in recognition of both the formative influence the Bible
has been for our Nation, and our national need to study and apply the teachings of the Holy

Not that it would matter to my religion what a few men in the Senate or Congress had to say
about the matter, my religion forbids the following and the following is a summary for the record
in relation to your requirement to accommodate my religion. The Scripture forbids me from
being a part of any kind of child sacrifice or purposeful death of children. Amos 1:13 "Thus says
the Lord: For three transgressions of the people of Ammon, and for four, I will not turn away its
punishment, Because they ripped open the women with child in Gilead"; Leviticus 18:21 “You
shall not give any of your children to offer them to Molech, and so profane the name of your
God: I am the Lord”; Psalm 106:37-37 "They sacrificed their sons and their daughters unto
devils, And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they
sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood.". Aborted fetal cells
were used in the research of or are in the ingredients of the COVID-19 vaccines created by
Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson. The Scripture prohibits me from injecting my body
with any of these COVID-19 vaccines, as well as using any form of absorption into my body.

In support of these biblical requirements, there being no rabbinical council that has identified any
experimental vaccine, injection or COVID-19 test swab as kosher, and having no first-hand
knowledge of it being clean for my consumption at any level, declare that such use violates my
religion for the above stated summary and many more reasons. This is a demand to cease and
desist from any further requests or demands that I comply with your mandates in violations of
my religion.

Therefore, this is also notice of my intent to legal action or suit for religious discrimination if any
negative consequence occurs to me as a results of my religious beliefs and convictions fully
prepared for action against any corporate or private entity pursuant to the principals declared and
used over 46,000 times since the decision in Monell v. Department of Social Services of City of
New York, 436 U.S. 658,98 S. Ct. 2018, 56 L.Ed.2nd 611 (1978).
